Description 

We have a high-volume platform handling SMS traffic hosted in AWS with some components running on EC2 and some running inside Kubernetes. 

As our new Java Developer you are: 

• Heavily involved in turning user stories into code. This is a hands-on code design and coding role! 

• Heavily involved in performance testing together with the rest of the team. Performance and correctness are very important for this system 

• A valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team delivering solutions align with business needs

• Partnering with product owners to understand business and product requirements and translating them to into engineering solutions

• Knowledgeable of industry-wide technology trends and best practices 

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience of Java within a modern Software Development environment

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• You are comfortable working in an international environment and fluent in English 

• You are comfortable in commuting to the office in Malmo some days per week
