Job Description:

As our quest to democratise financial services continues at blazing speed, our Financial Services Area is now on the lookout for a Backend Developer to join its Ledger Team.

In this role, you will collaborate with a crowd of bright people co-tackling a wide variety of technical challenges and driven by a shared ambition to create hassle-free solutions for our sellers.

A glimpse of what you will get here

Simply stated, we’re building the Financial Platform that closes the gap between our Product teams and the Finance team. This way we enable our product to grow freely and our Finance team to keep the pace.

In our systems we have a zero fault tolerance while handling millions of events per day. Scalability and monitoring are crucial, testing is as important as production code itself and we write code for the developers that will come, not simply code that works.

A glimpse of what you will do in Ledger

As a Backend Developer in our Team, you will contribute not only to all aspects of backend, but also get involved in all aspects of software engineering: infra, data, application, deployment, monitoring, architecture, code reviews, pair and mob programming, etc.

Here, we own everything we do: We own our success as well as our mistakes and setbacks. In this spirit, we are looking for someone reliable, curious, and bold. In an ideal world, you're know as someone who always think about the next developer. Also, you're at ease sharing your knowledge, experience and opinions, but you also understand and respect that the last word comes from the team.

Lastly, you make things fun!
