Backend Product Manager

Eulerity is a rapidly growing technology company providing marketing automation technology to small businesses and franchises. Our industry-recognized proprietary software solution supports the creation, execution, and analysis of paid marketing across all major digital channels including Google Search, Social Media (Facebook / Instagram), Display, & Video.

We are seeking a skilled Backend Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our backend product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality backend solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the backend product roadmap in alignment with the overall product strategy and company goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, providing clear guidance on technical specifications and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality backend solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of backend features, iterating based on insights and metrics.
• Act as a bridge between various teams, fostering communication, and alignment to ensure smooth execution and delivery of backend functionalities.
• Continuously refine and optimize backend processes, systems, and infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry best practices, incorporating new tools and methodologies to enhance backend product development.

Requirements:

• Based in the NYC tri-state area and can commute to the office 4x/week.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of backend technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards successful product outcomes.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
