About the Role

Connect Team is part of the Post Fulfill group, which provides Refund and Returns abuse prevention and dispute management to thousands of eCommerce merchants.

Connect Team is a new team with the goal to build smooth and easy onboarding components to our Product which is a major sales accelarator. Build an infrastructure to connect Payment Gateways, Return Venders and Merchant’s CRMs into our products and own the merchant onboarding experience.

Our Stack: Scala, Node.js, Postgres, Elastic, Redis, AWS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CircleCI and much more

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop a highly reliable, available, and scalable architecture for our core services and flagship products
• Deploy your code to production daily (we have advanced CI/CD pipelines)
• Be a strong owner of production systems, keeping them running smoothly
• Work with large volumes of data both in real-time and batch jobs, using stream processing, ETLs, and data warehouse technologies
• Active part in planning the team roadmap and products
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and product managers teams to work on cross-department projects

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent certifications
• 4+ years of proven experience in hands-on server-side coding
• Passion for writing clean, high-quality code
• Great attitude - an independent self-learner and a strong team player
• Hands-on experience in Scala/Java - advantage
• Experience in High-throughput and low-latency systems - advantage

The estimated base salary range for this role is €60,000 to €65,000 annually. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
