The Trust and Safety (TnS) platform team is responsible for protecting our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. With the continuous efforts of our trust and safety platform team, TikTok can provide the best user experience and bring joy to everyone in the world. Our team is responsible for achieving goals by building moderation desktop applications, Low-code engine & platform, and all kinds of supportive platforms across TnS organization.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the server-side development of Tiktok TnS data product platform;
- Responsible for architecture design, technical solution design and demand development of data platform;
- Design data-driven solutions based on the needs of business development;
- Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, data warehouse developers and other roles to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in software development.
- Familiar with 2 of the programming languages in Golang/Python/Java.
- Familiar with multiple big data processing/analysis related tools/frameworks, e.g. Hadoop, Mapreduce, Hive, Storm, Spark, kylin,scribe, kafka, HBase, canal,sqoop etc.
- Strong coding capabilities and fast trouble-shooting capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning of new technologies
