Job Description
Summary
This position will have responsibility for keeping Allegiant Air in compliance with TSA regulations specific to Criminal History Record Checks, Disqualifying Crimes paperwork, and unaccounted for badges. This responsibility extends to tracking CHRCs and SIDA badging for all safety-sensitive positions throughout the Allegiant network, in all bases, and in all Stations, wherein Allegiant maintains Team Members. This position will issue and track Employee badges for all Allegiant Team Members throughout the Allegiant network.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Job Duties
•Level I – Demonstrates understanding and support of the People Services Culture by embodying it in most interactions, even in tough times.
•Supports the administration of the CHRC program in compliance with TSA regulations 49 CFR Part 1544.229 and 1544.230.
•Facilitates FBI criminal background checks and fingerprinting.
•Supports the administration of the SIDA badge programs and parking access card programs for all base locations.
•Functions as a McCarran International Airport signatory representative and maintains recurrent training.
•Supports the administration of the company badge program.
•Maintains record of all badge property, CHRC documents and replacement badge forms in HRIS.
•Serves as an administrator for Badging & Compliance courses on Allegiant University.
•Coordinates approvals, processing and Pipeline for all contingent workers at HQ and assists other locations as needed.
•Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by People Services management.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
Essential Services Provider
Allegiant as a national air carrier is deemed an essential service provider during declared national and state emergencies. Team Members will be required to report to their assigned trip or work location during national and state emergencies unless prohibited by local, state or federal order.
