Job Description:

About the Role:

The Bagging Line role at the Pecatonica location provides 2nd shift support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to drive efficient production in the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Communicating production needs
• Checking production schedules
• Utilizing SAP
• Completing paperwork and checklists
• Occasionally to frequently lifting up to 50 lbs
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important details:

This position is on C Shift, 4:00pm-12:00am in a union manufacturing plant

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
