The Bank Partner Operations will work cross-functionally with our banking partners to provide support to our Network Sales team. The role will be critical in driving and managing operational efficiencies with our banking partners. You will be responsible for process improvement, reporting, managing suppliers enrolled in partner led banking programs.

This position is in the office 4 days per week and work from home on Fridays. Base salary- $50k and company bonus. Excellent benefits including health / dental / vision insurance, matching 401k, $100 monthly phone reimbursement, 3 weeks of vacation first year, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in our CRM to drive actionable insights to management.
  • Be a trusted and strategic business partner to sales leadership and recommend solutions to performance related issues.
  • Ensure that customers/suppliers are moving through the sales process
  • Monitor newly deployed early payment programs and present the performance to stakeholder’s; you should be comfortable with analyzing large data sets.
  • Manage relationship with banking partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a business or operations role
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude
  • Well-rounded with varied interest, background and experience
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple different business partners

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to): skills, depth of work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Total compensation for this role includes a generous benefits program, RSU incentive plan and annual performance bonus.
