Banking and Financial Markets, Project Manager/Architect/IT Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing customers in the financial industry including major banks in Japan. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems that meet customer requirements in terms of quality and system stability as well as for the development of new technologies.

You will be able to proactively take on the challenges of the latest technologies and to develop and implement new technologies.

You are a PM/Architect/Partner who can grow into a partner who builds trust with customers in the future. We are looking for PMs architects and IT specialists who are able to take on the challenges of the latest technologies and grow into partners with whom we can build a relationship of trust with our customers in the future.

Your primary responsibilities include:
•Plan and manage each process (business design/system design/development/testing) from the downstream to the frontline.
•Development of information and external packages and software and system construction at the customer’s site.
•Development of software packages and system construction using state-of-the-art technology.
•Development of software and system construction that operates on the cloud.
•Development of new solutions using cutting-edge IT technologies and support for proposals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

•Proposal writing proposal closing and delivery skills.
•System integration development for financial institutions
•Experience with developing and building software and systems that run on the cloud.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

•Experience with Cloud or development experience utilising container technology
•Experience in OSS (application servers DB ESB etc.) and Oracle DB for current systems.
•Experience in implementing migration to a container environment using OCP for various OSS (application servers DB ESB etc.) and Oracle DB in current systems.
