Banking Customer Support Specialist

Our growing company is looking to hire a Banking Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with any questions they have regarding their account. We offer monthly incentives on top of base pay and will pay a sign on bonus!

Compensation: $14.50/hr + shift differentials as we are hiring for numerous shifts

Job Description:

- Handle new and existing customer inquiries

- Sell financial products
- Provide online banking support

- Provide quality service to customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner

- Strong communication skills

- Strong PC skills required

- Bilingual skills preferred!
