Banking Specialist

The  will report to the Cash Services Manager. The position will be responsible for working on multiple functions with our different bank partners. The position will require participation in Cash Services projects such as periodic cash and securities reconciliations.

• Complete the daily reconciliation of the Trust Company’s bank accounts
• Daily reconciliation of outstanding checks
• Processing and reconciliation of publicly traded stocks and mutual fund trades and accurately applying investor dividends
• Daily processing of outgoing batch ACH/wires
• Assist in sponsor/partner invoicing and reconciliation of fees
• Assist in other Cash Services functions as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• 2-3 years of financial services experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IRA/Retirement Plan knowledge
• Research experience
• Must be able to sit and/or stand in an office or remote setting for long periods of time while working
