Bankruptcy Specialist

About the role:

As a Bankruptcy Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing elevated operational support to the Section Manager and team. You will be responsible for researching, updating, and customer accounts related to their bankruptcy. This position must display the appropriate understanding of the industry and Enova’s policies and procedures. Additionally, you will deal with a wide range of situations and should feel comfortable working through ad-hoc situations across multiple P&L brands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure that all customer accounts are updated appropriately across all CRMs (examples Jira, Excel) and customer portals (CashNetUSA portal, NetCredit portal, Headway portal)
• Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory guidelines and achieve company standards for quality and responsiveness
•  Identify and analyze issues producing solution based outcomes while also escalating abnormalities to management
•  Utilize resources and systems such as Wiki, Jira, and bankruptcy court’s Electronic Proof of Claim(ePoc) system to accomplish operational tasks 
• Perform and take on additional escalated duties as assigned by management
