Roles & Responsibilities: Cognizant is looking for a Banner SME

WFH: NO. (Hybrid Model)

COGNIZANT IS LOOKING FOR Banner SME • 5-8 years in utility industry with extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes • Strong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc) • Working knowledge on Banner product • Strong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc) • Ability to schedule and conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders • Ability to analyze any system exceptions and simulate the problem /ticket • Ability to co-ordinate and work with offshore development team • Strong knowledge of database technologies and willingness to learn multiple technologies including Pro*C, Shell scripting, Automic etc. • Should be able to analyze and provide technical solutions for different Banner processes.

Experience Required: • 5-8 years in utility industry with extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes • Strong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc) • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Automic batch job scheduler • Knowledge of Banner Product

Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
