Job Description
Summary
This position can be filled throughout the Business Recreation Division at Fort Gregg-Adams: The Gregg-Adams Club, TenStrike Bowling Center, Cardinal Golf Club, HideAway.
*This is a standing register, applicants will be sent to the hiring manager on a weekly basis as needed. Additional referral lists may be issued at management's request.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, to include a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI).
- Must be able to work during the hours of operation to include nights and weekends.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- The dual compensation guidelines DO NOT apply to this position. All GS and NAF employees whether fulltime or part time are eligible to apply for this position.
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
Qualifications

- Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
- Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
- Must possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Must have skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not paid, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
- This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
