BA Service Coordinator/Dispatcher- $21-$28/hr- Dependent on Experience
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:
The BAS (Building Automation System) Service Coordinator/Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems. This role involves liaising with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery of BAS services. Key responsibilities include scheduling maintenance tasks, managing service requests, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for successful coordination and collaboration within the BAS service team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Dispatching experience required
- HVAC and/or BAS experience preferred but not required
- Microsoft Word (Beginner)
- Microsoft Excel (Beginner)
- Microsoft Outlook (Advanced)
- Microsoft Access (Beginner)
- Accounting Software-SamPro, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Great Plains preferred but not required, we will train.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and provide information to the callers. Take messages and transfer calls.
- Enter Service calls into our SamPro Database: Maintain client information, Coordinate call for dispatch and communicate with technicians.
- Set up and manage electronic filing systems
- Operate office equipment: Phones, Copiers, Fax Machines
- Maintain scheduling and Outlook calendars
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitors and reviews service calls and PM activity (daily, weekly, monthly): Activity, Follow thru, Proposal recommendations, Recommended repairs, Escalations
- Issues Purchase orders and organizes technicians to pick up parts.
- Coordinates all EFM tools (electronic facility management): SAMPro, Client web-based systems (tracking, updates, submissions etc.)
- Maintain equipment and material lists in SamPro Database.
- Other duties as assigned.
