BA/Scrum master

Position Description:

Looking for Ideally a hybrid Scrum Master/BA with digital marketing/b2b/b2c technology experience with strong people skills and is experienced in agile methodology.

Must have experience in Power BI or reporting and analytics and Salesforce tools.

This role is based in Houston, Texas.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• • Work with product owner to maintain backlog and requirements.• Facilitate all scrum events - Scheduling of events, facilitation, slides/content, monitoring, time-boxing, and follow up.• Facilitate events and meetings to maintain external relations and "market the project" (there's probably better wording for this).• Advise on solutions and best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Expert in Power BI or reporting and analytics and Salesforce tools. • Elicit and document business requirements and processes.• Maintain a deep understanding of business processes and goals.• Create alignment amongst stakeholders and IT.• Technical understanding of Marketing Cloud/CRM/various integrations to advise on capabilities, recommend improvements and strategize.• Maintain documentation on project progress (in an agile way).• Reporting and analytics for marketing activities.• Remove impediments that hinder delivery for the project team.• Network with external partners to ensure collaborations across lines of business/agencies, partner with others whenever possible.• Foster relationships and create alignment within the scrum team to encourage high-functioning scrum behaviors.• Facilitate and participate in testing and sign-off of various project deliverables.
