AnthroMed Education is thrilled to announce the creation of a brand new position within the district in Berwyn, and we're on the lookout for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill it. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on student success. This position will focus on enhancing life skills and supporting self-contained programs, with the flexibility to provide consultation for various other cases as needed. Responsibilities:

1. Providing services to students ranging from EC-8th grade; supporting as a District BCBA between 3 buildings
2. BCBA would have their own space at one of the schools as a home base
3. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
4. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
6. Provide training and guidance to school staff on evidence-based behavior management strategies.
7. Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
8. Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
9. Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to support a positive and inclusive school culture.
10. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of behavioral goals and objectives.
11. Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
2. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Program
3. Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in K-12.
4. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
