BCG X Global Strategic Programs Finance Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a Strategic Programs Finance Manager to join our team in
Lisbon. This pivotal role manages various strategic finance projects, facilitates key finance initiatives
alongside our finance leader including the divisional CFO, and drives the overall finance agenda within
the organization.

Scope
Lead and manage strategic finance projects, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals.
Act as a primary finance contact to facilitate discussions and initiatives with the Executive Director and CFO.
Coordinate and prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior leadership meetings.
Support the Finance Director in overseeing financial operations and enhancing financial processes.

Assist in talent selection, management and contribute toward building and expanding the BCG GS Lisbon office.
Utilize expert financial modeling skills to create accurate and informative financial models.
Apply knowledge of partnerships and the professional service model to enhance financial strategies and practices.
Impact
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and budgeting.
Engage with senior leadership to provide finance-related insights and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Ensure financial management compliance with BCG norms and internal policies, and develop new policies to streamline operations and ensure regulatory adherence.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
Proven experience in finance management, with expertise in financial modeling.
Experience driving change initiatives across functional areas with broad stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with partnerships and professional service models in a consulting or similar environment
