Total Base Pay Range

• 60,000.00 - 75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual

SUMMARY

This role will partner with other BCU departments to reach their goals and create an industry leading member experience. Review, analyze, and evaluate application requirements and user needs. Document requirements and define scope through user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the product manager, UX designer, development, technology partners, and QA. Participate in release UAT.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business analysis including working in a digital team, supporting integrations with vendors and end users, and creating development-ready analysis.
• Omni-channel analysis including standardization and consistency across devices.
• Identify areas of improvement and help groom/prioritize the product backlog.
• Drive process maturity to implement, document, and maintain documentation or automation for business
• processes that are time consuming, undocumented, or need standardization.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent manner.
• Facilitate and lead meetings that generate ideas and content for solutions.
• Mentor and evangelize Agile best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency with traditional and Agile project methodology and experience in executing Agile delivery best practices.

• Strong analytical skills, people skills and documentation skills.

• Demonstrated capacity for learning new skills and tools.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated experience working successfully with teams to deliver software.

• Experience prioritizing competing demands.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view.

• Minimum 3+ years business analysis or related experience required.

• Experience in SaaS or consumer websites/apps preferred, but not required.

• Experience in Financial Services preferred.
