Salary

This position has a base salary range of $112k-$168k. USD annual . This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary

This role will work across the enterprise and be at the forefront of managing current solutions as well as designing, developing, and launching new business deposit solutions. Will focus on executing a cash management sales and marketing strategy. Also serves as a resource to Business Services by providing professional, courteous and efficient service.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manages business deposit products.
  • Understanding of Business deposit products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers.
  • Develops new business deposit products such as hybrid checking and business banking bundles.
  • Develop and manage online banking for business.
  • Work with Finance and Treasury team to develop business deposit pricing policy, product description, implementation guides, and provide training to the Business team.
  • Manages business deposit products, key performance indicators, and trend analysis. Understands the current industry's product and technology landscape; brings new ideas to the team.
  • Aligns industry trends to internal product vision.
  • Collaborates with business partners to prioritize and scope market opportunity.
  • Manages the product roadmap and creates the business case to justify investment and funding to build product designed.
  • Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Treasury Management demonstrating success taking an idea from concept to fully launched solution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Computer Science.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bank deposits P&L, FTP pricing, and rate management.
  • Strong consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Identifies new opportunities by creating bonds of trust with team members, customers, and clients.
  • Business acumen and understanding of business processes related to Treasury Management products and customers.
  • Project Management skills-experience is required.
