About the role:
Robin AI is seeking a talented BDR Manager to join our rapidly growing sales team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is eager to take on a leadership role and drive the development of the BDM function. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience managing BDRs/SDRs and knows how to lead and guide a team towards continued success. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
Sounds great! What are my responsibilities?
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs in New York and London, providing training and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the team's success.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Implementation to achieve company goals, vision, and strategy.
- Monitor key metrics and continuously improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Driving individual team member performance through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Drive the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by prospecting and engaging with prospects through an omnichannel approach.
- Identify key decision-makers and articulate Robin AI's value proposition to solve their business challenges.
- Manage data in the CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.
What about my skills?
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring BDRs.
- Previous experience in a tech-startup, preferably B2B SaaS.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot is a bonus).
- A self-starter who is also a team player.
Compensation @ Robin AI
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + commission
