What you’ll do
- Work closely with BDR and Sales leadership to identify signals of interest for both prospects and customers; design and implement processes that allow Zuora’s BDRs to engage in highly relevant & beneficial conversions with prospects & customers that act on these signals, including segment specific catalysts or triggers
- Design & build global matching and routing processes to support improved matching of person to account, lead routing (MQLs) and account routing (MQAs) that support pipeline creation
- Build and manage dashboards to monitor SLA compliance and BDR productivity, analyzing conversion rates while incorporating that with qualitative feedback from customer facing teams to continually look for improvements in quality of conversations & ultimately conversion rate
- Partner with the BDR team to identify optimization opportunities that improve customer experience related to BDR execution (Outreach, Alyce, etc.), and implement those solutions in a scalable method
This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office.
Your experience
- More than 2 years of experience in BDR process, either in a BDR or operational role
- Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce), specifically with lead to opportunity related processes and technologies
- Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and provide guidance to business partners, and drive projects to completion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that provide the necessary context, analysis, and recommendations to drive action
- Demonstrated documentation & enablement approach to take projects from great ideas to ones that make a positive impact to the business
Nice to haves:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise B2B MarTech software
- Experience in a high-growth digital marketing environment

The base pay range for this position is only one element of a candidate's total rewards package, which may also include bonuses/variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
