The BEI Operations, Partnerships and Strategy team , has a number of programs that help to create opportunities for every person, enrich every workplace culture, uplift every community, and succeed and showcase competitive advance.

In this role as a Program Manager, you will own initiatives that help us drive the business impact of BEI into everything we do at UKG.

Core responsibilities

The BEI team is seeking a motivated team player who will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide BEI thought leadership, build strategy and execute initiatives to help the business make progress with BEI as a business imperative.

This includes:• Partnering with the cross functional teams to drive the Belonging, Equity, and Impact Foundational Learning (Unified) adoption, partnerships, ambassador program, ERG relationships as well as other BEI programs that are needed. • Deploying operational excellence and efficiencies, building relationships, and driving success towards goals.• Aligning the BEI operational framework and execution plan with the overarching UKG and BEI initiatives, teams, and programs. This includes inputs into the development of initiative deliverables. These initiatives are in support of the BEI Operational Framework and help support other BEI teams programs and initiatives. Past examples include working with Organizational Effectiveness on Learning Bursts and adding a BEI lens, adding GPTW High Trust Behaviors into our content, working with the Human Insights team to communicate with Sales on who to contact for different sales motions, helping ERGs with new projects, helping the External Diverse Talent team with event planning, etc. We assist all the BEI teams to enable them to be successful and the Operations team is key to helping them achieve more for their programs. • Leading the management of a core BEI program that could include the BEI Ambassador Program, Partnership/ Sponsored Conferences Program, Belonging and Engagement Center, Stories with Purpose, or other programs that are a priority for the BEI team. • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:• 5-7+ years' professional work experience• Proven experience managing initiatives with high visibility, navigating risks and executing on the program with excellence. • Experience managing projects from conception of ideas through development to the final product. • Experience maintaining up to date status on projects and tasks and reporting those out effectively to a team• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills a must• Strong Excel skills to design, track, measure, and report progress to goals• Track record of innovating in operations and transformation with proven results applying expertise to innovate and develop offerings and solutions for unique and complex challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:• 2+ years in Diversity & Inclusion with strong intercultural competencies a plus• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment focused on results• Possess strong ability to influence without authority across all levels across the organization from department leaders, ERG leaders, and global cross-functional partners, build strong cross functional relationships, and navigate challenges.• Understand and effectively handle complex group dynamics and ambiguity with excellent judgement.• Strong customer first mentality, solving challenges with scalable and sustainable solutions. • Confident, and passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships.• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present internally and external at various levels.
