Below Grade Waterproofing Lead - Residential Construction ( 5+ Years Experience)

Job Description: As a Below Grade Waterproofer, you will be responsible for applying waterproofing systems to foundations, basements, and other below ground structures. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Must be willing and able to perform other general construction tasks when not performing waterproofing duties. Key Responsibilities: • Apply waterproofing membranes and coatings (sheet, liquid-applied, or bentonite systems) • Install drainage boards, protection boards, and other materials as required • Surface preparation including cleaning, patching, and priming • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively • Work closely with site supervisors and other trades on construction projects • Ensure work meets company and industry standards • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in waterproofing working with a licensed waterproofing company that specializes in below grade waterproofing • Familiarity with various below-grade waterproofing systems • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces • Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and on active construction sites • Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and PPE • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Experience: • Below Grade Waterproofing: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Los Angeles, CA 90025 (Required) Work Location: In person
