Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-- 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales or IT recruitment.
-- Strong understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
-- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and job boards.
-- Proven track record of marketing and placing consultants in various domains
-- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-- Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultants and clients simultaneously.
