What you'll be doing...
As a pension benefit estimator, you will be assisting customers who are going through a significant change in their lifeāplanning for retirement. Pension estimators help our customers understand their retirement benefits and prepare for the future. If hired as a pension benefit estimator, you will:Ā Ā
- Receive fully paid training on the estimator role, responsibilities, and process
- Assist our customers in person and on the phone in planning for their retirement
- Determine customer eligibility and make sure benefits are accurate
- Generate estimates, work histories and benefit statements
- Provide timely follow-up with customers to obtain missing or incomplete information

- Organized.Ā Able to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills
- Communicator.Ā Strong verbally and in writing including interpersonal skills
- Service Minded.Ā Passionate about customer service--delivering it like you expect to receive it
- Detailed.Ā Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Technically Savvy. Proficient with technology, intermediate level with Excel and Word
- Bilingual.Ā Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred)

- Union scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $23.70/hr. up to $31.23/hr.
