The Benefit Solution Executive (BSE) is responsible for new direct sales of the innovative and multi-faceted, Food Benefit program to employer and employer channel clients in Southeast Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois. To be successful, the BSE will lead the new business sales process to include targeting, creating interest through a point of view, understanding needs, developing a solution, handling objections, and contracting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prospect for new client and channel business within a defined market
- Leverage internal and external relationships to build market connections and create opportunities
- Accelerate business with professional persistence aligned to client goals and objectives
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to leadership on a timely basis
- Develop strategic territory plans to optimize revenue within assigned territory
- Lead generation initiatives using networking events, trade-shows, webinars, cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Lead the sales contracting process and generate sales proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams on pre/post sales success
- Provide thoughtful feedback and market perspective to internal teams to support ongoing evolution
- Serve as a thought leader on employer benefit and human resources themes and the connection to health and wellness
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 Annually
