This role provides administrative and clerical support to our Value Added Products team during the busiest time of the year.
Assignment Details:
• Hybrid work schedule
• 4-5 month assignment – Part-time hours (20-25 hours per week)
• Hours are typically fall within the timeframe sometime between 8-5 M-F
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
· Spreadsheet work using Microsoft Excel
· Supporting quoting team on creating proposals
· Documenting customer information into our systems
· Recording data by filing and scanning
· Directing calls or respond to inquiries
· Scheduling appointments
· Working on projects as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 2 or more years administrative experience in a professional environment
· Health insurance experience is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
· HS Diploma or GED equivalent
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH:
