The Benefits Analyst will provide high-quality service to our producers and client service teams. The selected candidate will ensure client satisfaction through their relationships with our insurance carrier partners’ sales representatives, which allows us to negotiate competitive proposals for client and prospect programs. The Benefits Analyst will support the marketing of new and renewal business across all EB product lines (medical, dental, vision, ancillary and voluntary).

Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties:
•   Maintain a full understanding of all lines of Employee Benefits required for Marketing
•   Assist Carrier Marketing Manager in the RFP process while collaborating with client service teams, providing status updates as needed to support overall client service
•   Coordinate with client service teams, including producers, on existing client renewals to meet client benefit and strategy needs
•   Maintain strong relationships with carrier sales and renewal representatives
•   Spreadsheet competitive quotes and review for accuracy in benefits and rates
•   Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards
•   Maintain required documentation in ImageRight and ThreeFlow
Qualifications
•   Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint
•   Detail-oriented
•   Excellent organization and time management skills

•   Time Management: Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple responsibilities by being organized and keeping on top of important time-sensitive tasks.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
•   Some college preferred
•   Insurance license preferred or candidate will be required to obtain one within six months of date of hire
