Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

The Benefit and Pension SME is responsible for the operation and execution of end-to-end processes – and related control activities – of all Beneftis and Pension plans in Germany. The pension focal is part of the EMEA Pension team and will be working in a global environment (IBM).

Why you’ll love your job:

• Pension Benefit Management activities for the DB plan – incl separation/retirement/death
• Be able to explain complex pension set up for employees
• Implementation of new HR system
• Work closely with Finance Payroll HR as well as with external parties
• Implementation and execution of Pension plans and design changes
• Communication of Pension plans
• End-to-end handling of pension plans

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points but not necessary you can learn them at IBM:

• Pension/Benefit background
  Ability to read and understand legal text
  Financial basics
