We’re looking for a Benefits and Well-being Specialist to join the People Team!Â
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Senior Benefits Manager, you will provide the best-in-class customer service for team members and be exposed to numerous aspects of Benefits and HR, while having the opportunity to work on meaningful projects
Support well-being and fringe benefit vendor managers to ensure optimal program design and delivery, leveraging feedback, utilization metrics, engagement data, etc.
Aid in benefits and well-being communications, including updates to benefits intranet pages, newsletters, Slack benefits channel announcements, and vendor communication campaigns
Support Well-being programming and initiatives including well-being reimbursement, event coordination, ERG partnership, and onsite/virtual engagement opportunities
Support Benefits Service Delivery efforts, responding to employee inquiries via email/Zendesk, and assisting in solving benefits escalations that may require research, vendor coordination, and/or leadership approval
Track/trend benefits inquiries/escalations, identifying key themes and areas of opportunity for improved benefits service delivery
Aid in annual benefits open enrollment planning and programming, including support for virtual/onsite benefits fairs, benefits program enhancements, enrollment escalations, and communicationsÂ
Refresh, implement, and promote employee recognition program, developing optimal strategy while leveraging vendor partner capabilities
Assist with the execution of system changes (e.g., testing updates, new configurations), identify recurring issues and partner with colleagues to affect solutions; and
Stay up-to-date with applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements and market trends
Assist with global benefits administration and projects as needed
Assist in a variety of tasks which may involve research, creating presentations, maintaining databases and other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:Â
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ years experience in benefits administration or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in managing Workday Benefits system
Strong expertise in quantitative analysis in Excel/Google Sheets
Proficient in Mac and Google applications (Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs)
