What you're applying for
We're looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to join our growing People Operations team.
You'll help run all things benefits-from developing a strategy and roadmap, to being the go-to resource for every team member. In addition, you'll keep everyone up-to-date and educated by leading company-wide presentations, delivering new hire onboarding sessions, and building scalable content to help make sure everyone has a clear understanding of our benefits package.
The expected salary for this position will be $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
In This Role You'll

• Oversee relationships with outside vendors, and seek out new vendors when needed
• Lead open enrollment in a way that surprises and delights, walking our team through the process with ease and simplicity
• Run day-to-day benefits administration, develop processes and procedures, and partner closely with the Finance team to make sure it all runs efficiently
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to confirm all policies are in accordance with national, state, and city laws
• Operate with empathy and compassion, letting each Lemonade employee know that they have your support

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of benefits-related experience
• Experience in managing annual open enrollment, benefits vendor changes, and 401(k) plans
• Expert knowledge of federal and state regulations that govern benefit plans and leave management (ERISA, ACA, IRS, FMLA, and ADAAA)
• A straightforward attitude with a talent for keeping things direct and to the point
• A knack for crafting policies in line with culture and brand voice
• Ability to work in-office three days per week
