Your Role and Responsibilities
This Benefits professional will be responsible for daily activities of Pension Plan for Mexico. Acts as program focal point vendor manager data analyst controls and compliance agent supporting internal controls activities and audits. Implement actions that promote the Client Experience Automation Elimination or Simplification. Ensure on-time deliveries and in compliance with the IBM internal rules and process the pension plan guidelines and regulatory bodies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
HR function processes experience
Data Analysis
Advanced Excel
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Business Controls and process
Experience in vendor/supplier management is recommended

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Payroll experience
SPSS experience
Portuguese language
