• You will manage employee data in various HR systems ensuring data consistency
• You will support the resolution of employee queries routine and exceptional cases
• You will ensure overall compliance by following external/internal guidelines and process documentation
• You will also have the opportunity to brainstorm on process simplification automation and elimination possibilities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Excel and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis
• Excellent and effective communication skills with creative problem solving and customer focused mindset
• Ability to work independently but in a team as well
• Must be precise accurate and work to tight deadlines cope with peak workloads
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Familiar with HR processes and related control requirements
- Experience in working in a service driven customer focused environment
