The Position: We are looking for a full-time Benefits Specialist who will assist the HR team and employees in carrying out various day-to-day administration of the global benefits functions by exhibiting behaviors of excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and ownership.

  • Responsible for all benefits functions ranging from the administration of global benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, leave of absences, retirement plans and more.
  • Administer global retirement plans, including employee enrollments, contribution changes, plan changes and audits
  • Coordinate and execute new hire benefits and retirement overview meetings
  • Process and administer leave-of-absence requests, including requests with FMLA and ADA implications on leaves of absences/disabilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for third party benefits and retirement vendors including management of supplier evaluations and reevaluations
  • Review and process benefit invoices

Who should apply? Driven individuals who are self-starters, organized, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all of the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

  • 3+ years of experience with corporate benefits
  • Experience with benefits plan designs
  • Experience with benefits administration platforms
  • Understanding of benefits related functions and how they support each other i.e. payroll/HRIS
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The Location: ISN is based in Dallas, TX. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the country, with a wide variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, sports teams, and museums. ISN’s headquarters is in uptown Dallas, a short walk from multiple restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation and major highways.

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings.
