Best Pick Reports/Five Star Rated, an EverCommerce Company, is seeking talented, self motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role will work remotely developing relationships with clients in our expansion and emerging metropolitan markets

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; if you're near one of our offices and want to work in-office, we can set that up, or this role can be 100% remote. You must be eligible to work in the United States in order to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current customers through effective account management
  • Work closely with the Customer Care Team to ensure all communication flows effectively, especially during the busy season
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their advertising requirements
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation in a timely manner
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts by cold calling and following up with existing leads provided by the company
  • Perform professional presentations of company products/services while on-site with customers, emphasizing product and service features and benefits, and discuss contract terms and conditions
  • Keep supervisor informed about market conditions, competitor activities, etc.
  • Stay updated on new features and product launches, communicating updates to customers
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience, establishing best practices to share with the team
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.

Skills and experience we are seeking:
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience required, with experience in advertising sales or in-home sales in the construction industry
  • Experience with consultative and process sales with a demonstrated ability to grasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement, with a strong commitment to customer service
  • 3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce or Salesloft.

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel and be flexible with scheduling requirements
