Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; if you're near one of our offices and want to work in-office, we can set that up, or this role can be 100% remote. You must be eligible to work in the United States in order to qualify for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new customer accounts by mailing directory packets, in-market directory packet drop-off, email, and call follow-up with new and existing leads.
- Perform professional presentations of company products/services while on-site or over the phone/video conference calls, emphasize product and service features and benefits and discuss contract terms and conditions.
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their advertising requirements.
- Keep supervisor informed about market conditions, competitor activities, etc.
- Stay updated on new features and product launches, communicating updates with customers.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience establishing best practices with to share with the team.
Skills and Experience we are seeking:
- 0-2+ years of sales experience required, with experience in advertising sales or in-home sales in the construction industry
- Experience with consultative and process sales with a demonstrated ability to grasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement, with a strong commitment to customer service
- 1 year of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce or Salesloft.
