What You’ll Do:

• Review and assess existing enterprise databases and data warehouse solutions to support new features, performance improvements, upgrades, and ongoing sustainment. 
• Run reports on complex data sets from disparate data sources to provide information to business stakeholders. 
• Design, develop, test, and implement business reports and dashboards of moderate complexity to support business needs as well as regulatory reporting requirements. 
• Gather and evaluate reporting requirements to support those reporting needs. 
• Provide support for existing data pulls, reports, and dashboards. 
• Collaborate with data architecture team to fulfill needs for bringing in new data sources. 
• Work with users to ensure data quality and integrity and identify data quality gaps. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and management. 

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

• Proven experience with databases from an administration, maintenance, and development perspective. 
• Demonstrated experience writing SQL queries. 
• Knowledge of data quality management best practices. 
• The ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment by collaborating with others and sharing tools, skills, and knowledge. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that demonstrate resourcefulness and an attention to detail. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. 
• Expertise with Excel, SQL, and Power BI preferred. 
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related major is preferred.
