• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Build interactive dashboards and detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create and manage data models, including designing and implementing data warehouses and data marts.
• Develop and manage ETL processes for efficient data movement and transformation.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to meet business needs.
• Document BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards, for user reference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in developing data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of the retail grocery business (preferred).
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (required).

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Technical Communication: Strong ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in developing data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the retail grocery business (preferred).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English (required)
