BI Partner Manager, CPG Uber Advertising

About the Role
The Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for a Strategy and Sales Partner Manager to collaborate with top brands across Mexico. This role focuses on delivering actionable business insights, driving measurable results, and enhancing alignment with our advertising partners.
As a vital part of Uber's Ads ecosystem, you will play a key role in strategic planning, financial optimization, and partner success. Your expertise in Uber's Ads platform and ability to provide valuable category insights will empower our partners to achieve their marketing goals effectively.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to annual and long-term financial and operational planning, performing deep dives into critical business areas as needed.
- Performance Reporting: Track and communicate business performance metrics across CPG, Grocery, and Retail verticals to Uber's leadership.
- Insights and Analytics: Develop data methodologies to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and assess initiative impacts.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and partner performance.
- Campaign Optimization: Design and monitor tailored solutions for CPG partners, addressing complex challenges when they arise.
- Pricing Strategy: Provide expert guidance on pricing, conducting sensitivity analyses and supporting data-backed business cases.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with Product teams to ensure regional needs are integrated into product launches.
- Initiative Leadership: Lead playbook initiatives that scale adoption among CPG partners while contributing to team success.
- Advocacy and Feedback: Represent client feedback to internal teams, driving continuous improvements in product and service offerings.
- Data Mastery: Leverage tools like SQL and Tableau to analyze campaign data and translate findings into effective strategies.

What You'll Need
- Experience: 3-4 years in consulting, account management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency and familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Expertise: Ability to assess performance metrics, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven strategies.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Critical Thinking: A proactive approach to anticipating trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to manage complexity and ambiguity while maintaining focus on results.
- Execution Mindset: Balance detail-oriented work with efficient, high-impact execution.
