• B.S. degree in a quantitative field• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools including Tableau and MicroStrategy• 8+ years of overall experience with focus on delivery of Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field• Demonstrated skill in using advanced SQL, stored procedures, and columnar databases (Vertica preferred)• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, especially with individuals with varying technical knowledge• Documenting technical workflows and specifications• Ability to provide guidance and manage a team
