In this dynamic role, you will support the efficient execution of bid management activities, ensuring adherence to processes and accuracy in data management. You’ll gain exposure to all facets of bid management, positioning yourself for a future career in Bid Administration, Bid Management, or Bid Writing.

⚡️Collaborate with the team to prepare bids for a wide range of projects.

⚡️Assist Bid Management and Bid Writing teams on high-value, strategic bids.

⚡️Produce professional documentation aligned with corporate standards.

⚡️Ensure compliance with Bid Processes and Quality Management Systems.

⚡️Maintain and update a bid library with reusable content.

⚡️Create and compile presentation materials and financial reports.

⚡️Contribute to the development of best practices in bid processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

🛠 Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Assertiveness and self-motivation, with a desire to grow in bid management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

✔️ Desired Skills:

• GCSE in Mathematics & English (C or above) or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in bid administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Additional Information

Security clearance:

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK BPSS security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum BPSS level.
