Bid Coordinator

Role Purpose: 

Bid Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Bid Management, is an integral part of our growing Global Success team. You are responsible for working internally with our Product, IT, and Sales teams. You will provide technical and functional knowledge for our ID verification digital Platform. This will include interacting directly with account and sales managers daily.

The role will focus on completing information requests globally. You will be the “go-to” contact during the RFP/RFI process for all questions, and you will be required to collaborate with internal teams (e.g. HR, Security, Product, Finance) to provide the best responses for the business.

The Bid Coordinator plays a significant role in improving and expanding existing business responses. Your performance will have a direct impact on the overall effectiveness of the sales team. This is an opportunity to help grow our team, have a direct impact on sales revenue, and carve out your career at Jumio. You need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment. We are sprinting, not jogging!

Jumio is on an upswing and aggressively hitting the market. We want serious players who can evangelise and make significant revenue contributions quickly.

 Eligibility Criteria/Skills –

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
2. 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writer or copy write related role
3. Strong project management skills 
4. Strong customer interaction skills
5. Some technical background would be beneficial

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs working with your team
2. Provide technical and functional responses to our sales team, supporting APAC & EMEA timezones
3. Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses
4. Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new products
