Bid Desk Coordinator- Temporary

Role & Responsibilities:

• Refresh bid pricing when model standard pricing changes
• Accurate distribution of bids to all interested parties
• Fully understand workings of B2B GERP system and make process improvement recommendations to Bid Desk Lead
• Follow up on expired quotations
• Coach internal and external customers on Bid Process and requirements
• Confirm Competitor information

Required Skills

• HS Diploma or GED (BA/BS preferred)
• 2 years of analytical skills
• Detail Oriented
• Organizational skills
• Follow up
• Prior Customer service experience
• Financial or previous sales support experience,
• Business acumen
• Understanding of pricing and promotions highly desirable
