Salary: £36,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

What you'll be doing;

• Support the tender process to ensure high-quality, timely bid submissions.

• Follow established bid processes using approved templates.

• Technically assess and price bids, complete financial models, and identify competitive and innovative solutions.

• Ensure technical compliance with ADR requirements and waste disposal regulations.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager on financial models and returns.

• Manage bid project documents and coordinate with contributors.

• Work closely with the main Veolia bid team and interface with various departments.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure comprehensive tender responses.

• Develop marketing materials and improve bid presentation with the Bid Team Manager.

• Maintain accurate bid data in SF and complete required reports, including carbon reports using the Greenpath tool.

What we're looking for;

• Knowledge of hazardous waste treatment, disposal, and pricing

• Understanding of technical waste assessment and site permit requirements

• Training in technical waste assessment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines

• An interest in exploring new innovative solutions and assessing their suitability to improve our proposals with respect to waste hierarchy and sustainability.

• Strong numerical skills for costing and financial modeling

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Excellent written communication skills
