What You'll Do

• Responsible for Dataprivacy implementation using Big ID and Data Catalog/Lineage using InformaticaEDC
• Conduct & lead Governance workshops and interviews needed for completing the Data privacy implementation using Big ID and Data Catalog/Lineage using Informatica EDC
• Requirement identification, Scope finalization & establishing implementation Roadmap
• Definition of Overall Architecture and drive the building of the same in partnership with the client
• Responsible for tool installation and configuration in partnership with client and tool vendor
• Establish and review Business Glossary and Workflow with Business stakeholders
• Scan data sources for privacy classification using BigID
• Configure and implement policies within the Retention and Remediation module of BigID
• Scan and extract technical metadata using Enterprise Data Catalog tool (Informatica EDC)
• Create business glossaries in Enterprise Data Catalog tool (Informatica EDC)
• Create users in Enterprise Data Catalog tool (Informatica EDC)
• Create Lineage/mapping/catalog in Enterprise Data Catalog tool (Informatica EDC) for all data sources
• Build Workflows
• Review end to end data mapping/lineage/catalog results with Data Governance, Business and IT teams and get buy in
• Build business use-cases for expanding Data Governance solution beyond Data Privacy scanning and Data Catalog/lineage

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with end to end Data Governance and Privacy implementations
• 7+ years of experience working with business stakeholders to drive organization objectives
• Strong hands-on work experience with various types on databases- On prem and Cloud, files - structured and unstructured
• Strong SQL, Regex scripting skills
• Big ID and Informatica EDC - Data governance platform Architecting and hands on implementation experience is a must have
• Experience working with other Data Governance and Management platforms, i.e., Collibra, Alation, OneTrust, Azure Purview - Good to have
• Understanding of logical data architecture
• Experience with data governance workflow design and development
• Experience working in cross functional teams
• Strong program leadership and management skills to lead organizational change to effectively meet strategic and tactical goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to present to a target audience
• Detail orientated/articulate with strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience communicating with both business and IT stakeholders and leading development teams

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
