Insurance is broken, outdated, and does not meet the needs of today's modern economy. Customers pay fixed premiums that are not directly related to how often an asset is used or by an individual users risk profile. If you want insurance to work for today's modern economy, you need to break things up into episodes.
At Lula, weβre building the future of insurance by creating the technological infrastructure (APIs) to change the way companies purchase and manage insurance. Our technology allows companies to insure assets by individual episodes, analyze risk profiles by more than 70+ risk metrics, and manage claims and policies.

- Understanding our software and insurance offerings inside and out
- Prospect, qualify and conduct sales meetings and demos
- Meet or exceed revenue quotas consistently
- Sourcing and managing leads through Salesforce (our CRM)
- Proactive and consistent follow up with customer prospects through phone and email
- Work with customers from first call to closed contract
Requirements
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) written and verbal sales experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Prospecting experience in a SMB or Mid-Market sales role
- Proven experience working in insurance, commercial auto/trucking or fast-paced company (startup experience is a plus)
- Strong sense of urgency and discipline to get things done (hustle)
