It has come to our attention that there may be fraudulent and fictitious job opportunities being circulated on the internet as well as individuals attempting to perpetrate scams by falsely representing themselves as Thyme Care recruiters. Prospective candidates are being contacted by these individuals, mainly through telephone calls, emails and correspondences, claiming they are representatives, subsidiaries or under contract with Thyme Care and pretending to represent Thyme Care. The main purpose of these correspondences and announcements is to obtain privileged information from individuals, or to induce people to pay a fee for services related to recruitment or training or a new role.

Thyme Care does not:

  1. send job offers from free email services like Gmail, Rediff mail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, Telegram, etc.;
  2. request payment of any kind from prospective candidates for employment, job application submission, equipment, etc.;
  3. authorize anyone to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at Thyme Care;
  4. request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms, passport information, social security numbers, or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.

All of Thyme Care's current job postings are published on our careers website or our official Linkedin page. Any emails from Thyme Care recruiters will come from a @thymecare.com email address.

YOUR ROLE 

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be on the frontlines serving our members diagnosed with cancer. This role reports into our Director of Member Experience and in it, you will spend a significant portion of your time each day triaging member calls and connecting them to the right care and resources at the right time. Additionally, you will help improve Thyme Care’s service offerings by communicating feedback from members and providers back to our clinical leadership. This is an in-office role based in Nashville to provide administrative support.

After your first three months, you will:

  • Have completed training and are up to speed on Thyme Care systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations
  • Provide inbound telephonic support for our members and be able to identify and triage a member's needs to connect them with our Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination
  • Be comfortable with and correctly follow Care Team policies and procedures, escalation pathways, communications best practices, and documentation standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing inbound and outbound email, mail, faxes
  • Assist with the day-to-day functions of care team as needed, including case conference
  • Schedule patient and provider calls and case conferences as needed
  • Contribute to special projects, including the growth of our community-based organization network

This is a non-exempt, full time position. The pay rate for this role is $19.23/hour.
