Bilingual Devops Support Engineer

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Support Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support between the development and operations team, automating and improving software development and business processes. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, telecommunication, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate business processes through technology
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, telecommunication, and networks
• Provide support for escalated ATM issues from the ATM Tech Support team
• Deploy software and graphic packages to ATM fleet
• Install and configure ATM software
• Create ATM device images via scripting

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Technology, Business, or related field
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Experience in helpdesk support and troubleshooting technical issues
• Proficiency in Office 365, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of telecommunications and networking protocols
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
