We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Accounting Team!

The Finance Analyst assists and supports the CFO with managing investments, budgets, expenses, taxes, and cash flow. The Finance Associate will also help create the business plan, 3 month moving plan, unit cost, and review the weekly based performance management.

Area of Responsibility:

• Plan, execute, lead finance and performance management analytical activities particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine issues under the guidance of CFO / team leader
• Generate analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others
• Develop and maintain close partnerships with operational counterparts
• Participate in and support the planning, reporting and forecasting activities
• Create and maintain a financial model for reporting actual results in combination with the short- to mid-term planning processes
• Investment budget operation and analyze feasibility through professional knowledge like NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.

Prepare :

• Management reporting for top management
• Financial advice and support to business leaders
• Short and mid-term Business plan

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience level
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant planning and performance management experience at manufacturing industry specially Home appliance.
• Performance analysis, assessment and reporting.
• Bilingual in English and Korean due to frequent meeting and communicate with HQ.
• Have experiences in business planning/budgeting, preparation of business cases and Financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office in particular Microsoft excel and powerpoint
• Candidates shall accept work until Korea morning time due to time zone difference

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, etc.)

Other Requirements:

• Some occasional international travel required

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Korean
